Father's Day

Still sleepy but I have to get up. We're going to hear mass at the Basilica in Washington DC which is about an hours drive from my relatives' place.

It's father's day today. I gave my father a call yesterday while I was at the picnic. It was around 5 pm here when I called him. I think I woke him up. Hehehe...

We caught the 12noon mass at the Basilica and ended up having lunch at a mexican restaurant in D.C. The food was pretty good. It was nice to be able spend the occassion with family. Althought I felt kinda bad that I wasn't able to spend it with my real family. Next time.

After lunch, we headed back to the house to rest. My cousins decided to take me to Krispy Kreme before I head back to the hotel. We had a blast while having our doughnuts!

I'm back at hotel now. Time for me to sleep. I still have to get up for work tomorrow.
